HOW CAN I BUY?
You can buy by registering on the website indicating your data: name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number.
You will receive an email from DECATA.IT customer service that will confirm your subscription since that moment you can start buying the item you want in the size and color that best suits you, then by pressing the button ADD TO CART you will enter shipping address, payment method and the desired item in a few days will be yours.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason within 14 days from receipt of the item/s purchased on DECATA.IT, however, it will not be possible to change the item with another.

RETURN POLICY
You can withdraw from the contract by communicating it to DECATA.IT with an email to customer service customercare@decata.it or through your account.
DECATA.IT will send you by email a form to fill out with the return methods.
The return must be made within 28 days of receipt of the product.

REFUNDS FOR THE RETURNS
You will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return, with a credit of the price paid through the same channel which the payment was made.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
It is not possible to make exchanges for returned items, it will be necessary to place a new order.

CAN I RETURN A PERSONALIZED ITEM?
Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned.
